Sue Burke, CEO at MK Act: The amazing help of our volunteers allows us to reach and support more people in the MK community. We have volunteers who have been supporting us for more than 10 years who add so much value from working with the women to delivering talks to companies, and helping to make Christmas dinner. Our volunteers are a very important part of MK Act and we value them as much as everyone else in the team and as such we want to make sure we offer them fulfilling opportunities that allow them to develop and explore new skills.”

You can support our work by offering the gift of time and skills either directly to our service users or by working alongside staff to help enhance the service we offer.

The MK ACT volunteer service seeks to provide positive development opportunities for both volunteers and our service users. We aim to offer a supportive environment that enables individuals to develop while ensuring safety and confidentiality.

We hope applicants will find the experience of volunteering with us rewarding, challenging and fun and that it helps individuals to achieve their personal goals.

If you are interested in volunteering with MK-ACT we would like to hear from you. You can support our work in several ways.
