We have some exciting opportunities to work for us within our Perpetrator Programme Fresh Start. We are looking for individuals who are committed in supporting those affected by Domestic Violence and to join our caring and hard working team. Fresh Start provides group work and one to one interventions for people using intimate partner violence. A safety and support service for partners of those referred is integrated into the service.

Project Manager, Domestic Violence Perpetrator Programme Fresh Start.

20 Hours per week, pro rata = £15,527
Full time 37.5 hours per week £29,129
(Starting salary of £14,527 and then £500 after 6 months’ probation and a further £500 after 12 months)

Based in Central Milton Keynes
We require a Project Manager to manage the delivery of our Domestic Violence Perpetrator Programme (DVPP), Fresh Start. Our ideal candidate will need to have a comprehensive understanding of domestic violence, family support work and relevant training in DVPP’s. They will be able to demonstrate understanding of the requirement of a DVPP, experience of managing a project and understand the effects of Domestic Abuse on men, women and children, with the ability to work in a multi agency setting.
Fresh Start provides group work and one to one interventions for people using intimate partner violence. A safety and support service for partners of those referred is integrated into the service.

Programme Facilitators
• Sessional Staff - Group Work Programme (with some possible one to one work) for domestic abuse perpetrators within Milton Keynes, to co-facilitate delivering
12 week Domestic Violence Perpetrator Programmes for men who are perpetrators of domestic abuse, in order to end their abusive behaviour whilst putting the safety of women and children first.
• Sessional Staff - Individual Work Programme - to work on the one-to-one programme with domestic abuse perpetrators.
Minimum 3 Hours per week
£ Amount on application

Based in Central Milton Keynes
Undertaking initial assessments and delivering an individual or group work programme with perpetrators of domestic violence in accordance with the programmes, aims and theoretical underpinning
Our ideal candidate will need to have a comprehensive understanding of domestic violence and how it affects men, women and children; they should be able to demonstrate an understanding of the requirement of a DVPP. They will have experience of providing one to one support, or group work with men, counselling and advice to service users. They will have an understanding of the need to offer an integrated service to both perpetrators and victims who have experienced domestic abuse with an awareness of patterns of behaviour in a domestic abuse perpetrator, with a demonstrable track record in behaviour change work, case management experience and working in a multi-agency setting.

It is essential that successful candidates can attend training days
